01Structural design
The dieline is cut on a CAD sample table before any tooling is ordered, so the first white sample is in your hands in days rather than weeks.

02Board
Sheets come from CalSheets, our wholly owned sheet division, and from GoldenCorr, where we are an investment partner. Two of our plants make nothing but corrugated sheets, which is why a job is rarely waiting on somebody else’s mill schedule.

03Print
Colour is pulled and matched on a drawdown before a plate is mounted. Four processes run across the group: flexography, litho label, single face litho and HP PageWide digital.

04Convert
In-line die cutting, folding, gluing and counter/ejector on the corrugated side; folding-carton lines run cartons from 200 to 450 gsm alongside them.

05Form & assemble
Trays are formed and assembled to spec. For harvest programs we run tray assembly out of yards near the field, so trays arrive the morning they are needed.

Proven before it ships, not after
- 01 Drop & shake Certified drop-test and shake-table protocols run in house, so a pack is proven before it meets a carrier — and a certified pack is a claimable one.
- 02 Rub & slide Rub and slide testing checks that print survives the trip: no scuffed graphics, no cases sliding off a pallet in a turn.
- 03 Ink draw downs Ink is drawn down and read against the target before the press runs, calibrated to G7 gray balance and neutral tone curves.
Compression, drop, shake, rub and slide all run in our own lab — samples and testing covers what you get back and when.
