Corrugated, folding cartons and displays (four lines between them) are the volume of what leaves the docks of our California and western US plants. Twelve more lines sit one row below, sixteen lines in all — the case for putting all of it with one manufacturer.

03How a case is made

From dieline to dock, in one take.

A twelve-bottle wine shipper, start to finish: the five things that happen between a flat blank and a sealed case, and where we do each of them.

How a case is made

  1. 01 Die-cut blank One sheet of B-flute, scored and slotted on the flatbed.
  2. 02 Walls up, bottom closed Body creases folded, glue tab set, bottom flaps in.
  3. 03 Partitions in A 3×4 divider set drops into the case.
  4. 04 Twelve bottles Each cell takes a bottle, row by row.
  5. 05 Closed and taped Top flaps down, tape over the seam and the ends.

04Manufacturing

Vertically integrated, from sheet to shelf.

We make corrugated sheet at our own sheet plants and with our partner GoldenCorr, and run our own presses and converting lines, so a job is rarely waiting on somebody else's schedule. We hold ISO 9001 for quality and G7 Master Qualification for color control.
